With this application, please indicate which contest you are entering.  There is a $6.00 fee for each entry and only one (1) entry is allowed per application.  You may upload a photo of your entry (5 MB size limit) with your application, email a photo or please send only one photograph no larger than 4×6 of your entry.  (If multiple photos are submitted the Festival Office will arbitrarily select the photo to be entered.  Note: Hard copy photos will not be returned and will be destroyed.).  

Entries are for any pets from aardwolf to zuchon.  It is not necessary for the pet to be a resident of Florissant.

Entries for business and residential theme decoration — the business or residence location must be within the City of Florissant.

These applications with photo and payment may be:

• • dropped off in person at the office or
  • mailed to the office (address below) or
  • submitted with application (photo only)
  • submitted (photo only to complete application) by email to the Festival Office (see item 1 below for what to include with photo).

The application is not complete without photo and payment.

1. 1. With each hard copy photo put the entrant’s name, contact’s or business owner’s name, address and phone number.
   2. Photos are displayed on the Florissant Valley of Flowers Facebook page  from May 2 until May 22.  You may vote for your favorite picture during that time.
   3. Winners in each contest are selected by the most votes for an entrant in that contest.  The winners in each contest will  receive a $100 prize.
   4. An application for entry may be rejected at the sole discretion of the Festival Committee if the photo is deemed inappropriate.
   5. Winners will be announced on the Festival’s Website and Facebook page.  The Festival office will notify winners on how to pick up their prize.
